The only way you will know who are your true friends is when tragedy strikes you leaving you with nothing. Those who will stay by your side and support you through your struggles are those who really care, but those who keep away were fair weather friends.
Sometimes, you will find friends that you thought were just acquaintances when you are down, treasure them because they will not leave your side. Friends made when one is down, are the friends who will stay with you when you go up, provided you don’t change and give them up for new friends now that you are up again.
Money and position draw strange friends and only when without them, will you know of your friends’ true worth.
