You trust someone when you have experienced their care and responsibility for you. And in return, you should return their care with utmost confidence that they won’t lead you to harm no matter what.
What happens when despite everything a person did, you are suspicious of their motives? Always questioning, always in doubt? When you return care with distrust, the person who had been serving you well will one day leave you to yourself.
Be careful of how you treat the persons around you, value their respect, their time in serving you, even though they are being paid because a loyal and trusted servant is hard to find.
Do not judge people with malice and suspicion in your heart because you will always doubt their sincerity. Be kind always and you will receive kindness and loyalty in return.
