Difference Between Love and Romance

Grace, mercy and peace to you.

Oh, to be loved
And cherished beyond time
Even after beauty fades,
The memory becomes vague
And the body sags with age

Love and romance, how it tickles your fantasy and emotions.  Romance is often what is foremost in every person’s mind when they are searching for their partners. They look for someone that pleases their eyes, can get along with moderation and most important stirs the passion in their bodies.

With these few and frivolous criteria, is it any wonder why there are so many broken homes, broken hearted individuals, and single parents with unwanted pregnancies?  They are just out seeking for the thrill of being romanced, not seriously looking for love and they do it the wrong way, for the wrong reasons.  Love is very different from romance, although romance is  present when true love exist between two persons because it  becomes a part of their loving.

Romance, per se is fleeting, it fades when the want to conquer someone who caught their  fancy is over and their  want is fulfilled and satisfied.  Love meanwhile, is unselfish, unconditional  and forever.
