Condolence

Message for July 17, 2011.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Empathy towards a person shows that you are sensitive to feelings especially in grief. It is difficult to condole with someone who has lost a family member with words. Somehow, saying, "Condolence" rings a hollow bell, making the one condoling feel it is not enough especially when he sees the grief in the family. Often, just being there provides comfort for the bereaved.

The presence of friends and family somehow lightens the ache because one feels the load of grief being shared by the people with them. So, be with friends and family who are in grief of someone passing away from their families. Show them your compassion and be there to comfort their aching hears. That is enough to show them your sympathy and condolence.
